    Early Saturday morning, Virginia State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Old Church Road just south of the Hanover Line in New Kent County.Rodney B. Flesher Jr., 21, of North Chesterfield, Va was driving his1998 Ford Mustangsouth on Old Church Road when he ran off the road and struck a tree. Flesher died at the scene.
