Police: 4 found Dead After Petersburg Fire

PETERSBURG, Va. (AP) - Petersburg police say they are investigating the deaths of four people after a house fire. Police spokeswoman Esther Hyatt told media outlets that the fire was reported about 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Four bodies were found. Hyatt said authorities are handling the case like a homicide investigation because of the severity of the fire and the number of victims. Shooting: Victim In Serious Condition After Surgery

RICHMOND (WRIC) - Saturday morning at about 4:30am Richmond Police were called to 1400 Tifton Court in the city near Southwood Parkway. When they arrived they found a male with a gunshot wound, later transported to VCU with life threatening injuries. The last update was the victim was in surgery and still in serious condition. VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - Two more people have died from injuries suffered in a car crash in Virginia Beach, increasing the toll to four.
