The city of Petersburg will be sending out estimated water bills over the next few weeks.The city is currently in the process of upgrading all its water meters. An accident on Interstate 95 Southbound in Chesterfield is bringing traffic to a slow crawl. The incident, which is just south of Route 288, is causing nearly four miles of delays. According to authorities, a car being hauled on a trailer disconnected and then overturned. There was no one inside the car at the time of the crash.
