A gaggle of protestors demonstrated outside of the WRIC-TV 8 studios in Chesterfield County Wednesday, protesting a news special broadcast by ABC Network News.
The special, which aired Wednesday night, covered the topic of health care reform. The protestors claimed the network used the special to help push President Barack Obama's health care reform plan. They also are angry that ABC allegedly refused to air alternate viewpoints to Obama's plan.
"I think the media is not playing fair. I think they're not presenting both sides," said protestor Nora Newell. "I would like for them to present another side of the argument."
ABC has denied the claims.
The protest wrapped up around 9 p.m.
