
One man is facing charges after an accident that left lanes of Interstate 95 in Richmond closed early Wednesday morning.
According to police, the driver of a dump truck was driving under the influence when he tried to merge onto I-95 southbound from Broad Street at 3 a.m. Wednesday. The driver lost control and crashed.
I-95 completely reopened just before 7 a.m.
There were no other vehicles involved, and no one was injured. The truck driver is facing DUI charges.
