Two men are under arrest for allegedly robbing a Carson-area bank in Dinwiddie County Tuesday.

43-year-old Norman Johnson and 39-year-old Vincent Harper are accused of robbing the Bank of Southside Virginia in the 17000 block of Halligan Park Road around 9 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the suspects produced a note and demanded cash from a teller. They fled the scene with an undetermined amount of money.

Johnson and Harper were arrested shortly after the robbery. They are being held with no bond, pending a court appearance in Dinwiddie.
