The man charged earlier this month with impersonating a police officer and raping a woman in Henrico is now facing similar charges in Chesterfield County.
Johnny Quick is facing police impersonating and rape charges for an incident in Henrico County. Now, a second alleged victim has come forward, claiming Quick attacked her as well, just a few months earlier.
According to Chesterfield Police, Quick approached the victim on Jefferson Davis Highway and offered her a ride. Quick then allegedly raped the victim. The victim came forward after seeing reports of Quick's arrest for a similar incident in Henrico.
Quick's lawyer, Debra Corcoran, is still reviewing the new accusations.
"There's often copycat victims," said Corcoran. "I don't know how credible these two people are at this point in time."
Quick is scheduled to be arraigned in Chesterfield Wednesday. His next scheduled court date in Henrico is December 17.
