WRIC Richmond News and Weather - 10 Year Old Flees Car; Mom Charged With DUI

BillerA Fredericksburg mother is facing several charges after allegedly driving drunk with her 10-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
A pizza delivery driver called police after observing a vehicle driving erratically Sunday on Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg. The witness said the driver drove into a ditch and stopped before a child started banging on the window, and eventually exit the vehicle. The driver the drove off leaving the child behind, police said.
The pizza delivery driver stayed with the girl until police arrived.
A short time later, police located and arrested 30-year-old Tara Biller. Biller is charged with DUI, child endangerment and other charges.
Biller's daughter, who was uninjured, is in the care of family members.
