WASHINGTON (AP) - Ben Revere tied a career-high with four hits and the Philadelphia Phillies defeated the Washington Nationals 10-4 Thursday night despite starter Cliff Lee leaving in the third inning with an elbow injury. Grady Sizemore had three hits and three RBIs as the Phillies pounded out 17 hits.

BALTIMORE (AP) - Albert Pujols hit an RBI single in the 13th inning, and the Los Angeles Angels beat the Baltimore Orioles 1-0 Thursday night to avert a three-game series sweep. Tyler Skaggs and six relievers combined on a five-hitter, and David Freese matched a career high with four hits to help Los Angeles improve to 3-10 in one-run games on the road.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Vasek Pospisil got the best of Tomas Berdych - again. The Canadian improved to 2-0 against the fifth-ranked Berdych, beating the Czech star 6-2, 6-4 on Thursday night to advance to the Citi Open quarterfinals. Berdych was the top seed in the hardcourt event.

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) - Baltimore Ravens rookie defensive end Brent Urban is done for the season after tearing his right ACL in practice. The injury occurred during practice Wednesday. Coach John Harbaugh confirmed Thursday that the fourth-round pick from Virginia was lost for the year.
