We are following new developments in the Taylor Behl death investigation. 8News has learned Ben Fawley, a suspect in the case, will not be facing weapons charges.

8News has confirmed that prosecutors in Richmond dropped a weapons charge on Monday as part of an agreement between Fawley's lawyers and prosecutors. He remains in jail on pornography charges.

8News has also learned the 38-year-old is supposed to be in court next week but that's likely to be continued.
