Mild Winter, Lower Heating Bills?

Government forecasters are predicting a mild winter this year and that could mean lower home heating bills for you.

Experts say on average natural gas users can expect to pay an average of $119 less this year and propane users can expect to pay $15 less this season. 

Fuel oil prices are expected to go up. Experts say users will end up paying $91 more this year.
