WRIC Richmond News and Weather - Richmond Teen Charged In Bystander's Shooting Death

Richmond Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of 29-year-old Ashland man earlier this month.
18-year-old James Taylor Jr. was arrested Wednesday for the death of William Ennis III. Police said Ennis was not the intended target of the shooting in the 400 block of Belvidere Street July 18.
Authorities credited numerous tips from citizens for leading investigators to identify Taylor as the suspect.
Taylor is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and weapons charges.
