WRIC Richmond News and Weather - Circuit City To Hold Job Fair For Employees

As Circuit City nears its end, the company is having a two-day job fair to help associates in the Richmond area connect with other potential employers.
This job fair will be open to all current or former employees of Circuit City. Recruiters from varying fields will be available. This includes public and private fields as well as retail, financial and temp angenices.
"We were blessed to have some of the smartest and most dedicated employees in the American workforce," said James A. Marcum, Circuit City's vice chairman and acting president and chief executive officer. "As we regrettably wind down our operations, we want to do everything we can to help members of the Circuit City family prepare for the next phase of their careers."
