Rezoning Committee for City Schools will hold Community Meeting Feb. 15 at Thompson
The Rezoning Committee for Richmond Public Schools will hold a community meeting Feb. 15 at Thompson Middle School from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. During this public meeting, committee members will give a progress report on their work to this point and also present the four options that have obtained consensus.
The Feb. 15 meeting provides another opportunity for public input regarding changes to attendance zones with regard to better utilized facilities, increased parental involvement, more neighborhood schools and a more coordinated feeder system from elementary to middle and from middle to high school.
Again, the meeting is open to the public.
