The man accused in the fatal road rage crash on the Powhite Parkway last September pleaded guilty in court Tuesday.
Christopher Sessoms, from North Carolina, is facing 20 year in prison after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony hit and run in the crash which killed Chris Fisher.
Fisher died from injuries sustained in a crash prosecutors said was sparked by aggressive driving by both victim and suspect. Prosecutors said Sessoms cut Fisher off, forcing him into an emergency lane where he lost control and went airborne, slamming into an overpass support.
Sessoms fled the scene, in his red pick-up truck and went back to North Carolina.
