Release from Virginia State Police:

A City of Richmond man was charged by state police with reckless driving and failure to have a motorcycle endorsement on his drivers license following a two vehicle crash on Interstate 95 northbound south of the 77 mile marker in the City of Richmond.

The 28 year-old male driver of the Ford was not injured in the crash.
The left lane of Interstate 95 northbound was closed for approximately one hour to allow for the crash investigation.
