SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A suburban San Antonio school district says a teacher will lose her job after ordering more than 20 kindergartners to line up and hit a classmate accused of being a bully.

The teacher in the Judson Independent School District is accused of orchestrating the slugfest after a younger teaching colleague went to her last month seeking suggestions on how to discipline the 6-year-old.

A police report says the teacher allegedly placed the boy before other kindergartners and told them, "Hit him!" and "Hit him harder!"

The boy's mother filed an official oppression complaint with police against the teachers. Both are on paid administrative leave, but a district spokesman says the one who arranged the punishment won't be brought back.

Prosecutors are reviewing whether charges will be filed.
