RICHMOND, VA—Monday's severe weather has caused some area schools to open on a delay or cancel classes.
Richmond Public Schools Summer Sessions will be closed for students on Tuesday, June 26.
Richmond Schools' 12-month employees will report on time.
The Child Development Center at Fifth Street Baptist Church on 3rd Ave. will be closed Tuesday, due to power outages. All church activities have also been canceled.
The Faison School for Autism will operate on a two-hour delay.
The RRHA buildings 901, 918, Gilpin Management and Calhoun Center will be closed until noon.
