SPOTSYLVANIA, VA—Four people were arrested in connection with the sexual assault of two teenage girls in Spotsylvania.
Justin Terry, 19; Kevin Golighlty, 33; and Cesar Lopez, 23, were all charged with rape. Adam Terry, 41, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sodomy.
Officers said a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl told deputies they were sexually assaulted by four males at a home in the 2000 block of Hamway Dr.
An investigation by a detective with the Crimes Against Children Unit found the two victims were brought to the home by Justin Terry.
Officers said Justin Terry's father, Adam Terry, supplied alcohol to the victims, until they became intoxicated.
The four males then took turns sexually assaulting the two victims, officers said.
The suspects were arrested Monday, July 9. They are being held in the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges may be placed, according to officers.
