UPDATE: Two females were injured in a robbery and double shooting in Richmond early Monday morning.
According to police, the two female victims were shot in the 1100 block of North 27th Street just after 1:30 a.m. Police said the motive in the shootings was robbery, and that the home was targeted.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. Police officials said both victims are now in stable condition.
Police said they are looking for two suspects, but did not release a detailed suspect description. Investigators said they already had strong leads in the case.
