    ROC pastor Geronimo Aguilar, who surrendered himself Tuesday on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a minor, is expected to be extradited to Texas as early as Thursday on seven charges that, if convicted, could mean he'll spend the rest of his life in prison.

CHESTERFIELD, VA— Authorities have identified the teenager who drowned in the Falling Creek Reservoir in Chesterfield on Wednesday.

Allen D. Brown, 19, of Chesterfield County, died while swimming with a group of people Wednesday.

Chesterfield Fire and EMS responded to emergency calls in the 4200 block of October Road at 6:08 p.m.

When crews arrived on scene, a group of people told officers they had been swimming, but decided to swim to shore when they saw a storm coming.

As Brown attempted to swim to shore, he suddenly sank under the surface of the water and didn't resurface. 

Crews recovered Brown's body at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
