UPDATE: All lanes have been reopened.

HANOVER, VA—Two lanes of I-95 southbound have reopened after a wreck involving a tractor trailer temporally shut down traffic.

The wreck occurred just before 2 a.m. Thursday near mile marker 86 on I-95 southbound. The right and center lanes of I-95 have reopened. The left lane is expected to remain closed through the 9 o'clock hour.

One person was injured when police say a tractor trailer traveling southbound on I-95 hit a SUV that was stopped on the road's shoulder.

The driver of the tractor trailer suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV was outside of the vehicle at the time of the wreck and was not injured.

The Virginia Emergency Operations Center has been notified of a diesel fuel leak coming from the tractor trailer, emergency crews said. The fuel leak was not threatening any waterways.

A traffic detour at Lewistown Road, exit 89, to Route 1 south was diverting traffic as crews worked to clear the scene. Heavy backups are expected.
