Three people were taken to the hospital after a carbon monoxide incident in Henrico County Wednesday afternoon.
Fire and rescue crews were called to a business in the 5700 block of Greendale Road just before 12:30 p.m. after some workers began feeling ill.
According to Henrico Fire officials, a worker was operating a gas or propane-powered forklift inside the building, causing a build-up of carbon monoxide.
Three victim were taken to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
