Chesterfield, VA-- The Virginia Commonwealth Bank located at 4600 West Hundred Road in Chester was robbed Monday afternoon, and police are searching for the woman responsible.
At approximately 3:30 PM, the woman approached a teller and demanded money. She then fled the premises with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a black female, 45-55 years old, and standing about 5 feet 3 inches tall. During the incident, she wore a short, reddish-brown or auburn wig, sunglasses, and a baggy pink shirt.
Police believe this woman may be responsible for 2 other bank robberies, all located within a mile of each other.
