Richmond, VA—Richmond Police arrested and charged two people
in connection with the stabbing death of a man whose body was discovered
Wednesday morning.
Troy McMahan, 34, and Harley McMahan, 32, both of the 300
block of East Belt Boulevard,
were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Additional charges
are pending, police said Thursday.
The victim was identified as David J. Burnett, 52, of the 3500 block of Lawson Street.
Police discovered the Burnett's body Wednesday morning at approximately 8:39
AM, in a parking lot behind a tire store in the 300 block of East Belt Boulevard.
