Chesterfield, VA—After a man was shot in the foot in Chesterfield Wednesday night, police are
searching for the two suspects responsible.
Police responded to the John Randolph
Medical Center
for a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim told
officers that he had been involved in a verbal altercation with two men near
the 1400 block of Stevenhurst
Drive.
During the course of the incident, the victim said he heard
a noise, and felt something near his foot. He later realized that he had been
shot in the foot, although his injuries were not life threatening.
Descriptions of the two suspects are limited: both suspects
are described as black males, but no other identifying information is
available.
