BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Gov. Bobby Jindal is traveling to Virginia for his latest campaign event in support of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
The Romney campaign said Jindal will be in Chester, Va., on Thursday to meet with campaign volunteers.
Since June, Jindal has traveled to Colorado, Illinois, Utah, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa and Florida to support Romney, attending fundraisers, making speeches and shaking hands with voters.
Jindal's office said while the Louisiana governor is in Virginia, he's also attending an education summit hosted by Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell.
