Richmond, VA—One
man was seriously injured in a shooting incident in north Richmond Sunday morning.
Police
were called to the 1600 block of Spotsylvania
Avenue for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival,
they located the victim, identified as a 24-year-old black male, shot in the
side.
The
victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. No
information about his identity has been released.
There
is no suspect description available at this time.
