RICHMOND, VA—A person suffered life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Richmond's East End on Friday afternoon.
It happened in the Whitcomb Court housing project at the corner of Glenlea Avenue and Whitcomb Court.
The call came in just before 11 a.m. Friday.
The victim suffered life-threatening injures and was taken to VCU Medical Center. The victim's name has bot been released.
Police said the shooting did not appear random. No suspect or suspects have been named.
