Richmond, VA—Police are requesting the public's help to locate Charles Benjamin Kirby, who is wanted in connection with a Southside homicide.

Kirby, 24, faces conspiracy to commit murder charges in connection with the July 17 shooting death of Marcus Williams.

The crime took place in the 4600 block of Southwood Parkway, and detectives believe robbery was the motive.

Kirby is described as a Black male with a light brown complexion, weighing about 190 pounds and standing approximately 6'1" feet tall. At the time of the crime, Kirby wore his hair in long dreadlocks or braids, but he may now be clean shaven. He also has a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
