Henrico, VA—After
responding to a report of vandalism on Crenshaw Road, police found a 33-year-old
man dead on September 15.
Officers say the deceased, 33-year-old William
Lewis Culpepper of the 2300 block of Hampstead
Avenue in Henrico, had obvious signs of trauma to
his body when he was found at 2:15 AM.
Detectives are investigating this incident as a
homicide. The nature of the victim's injuries have not been released, pending
completion of an autopsy and further investigation.
