DALE, VA—Prince William County Police need help identify a suspect in the sexual battery of a teenage girl Friday.
The victim, a 15-year-old girl, told police she was walking in the 14800 block of Danville Road when she was approached by a man.
The man asked the girl questions and then followed to the area of a 7-Eleven on Cloverdale Road, the victim reported.
The victim told police she attempted to walk past the suspect, at which point he exposed himself and touched her inappropriately.
No physical injuries were reported, police said.
Police with K-9 units searched the area, but were unable to locate a suspect.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, between 30 & 35 years of age, 5'9"-6", with a thin build with a black goatee tied in two braids. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, a black hat and sunglasses.
