Richmond, VA--Police confirm that a female victim was stabbed Monday evening in the 2600 block of Harold Avenue in north Richmond.
The incident occurred shortly after 7:00 PM Monday evening.
A witness tells 8News that after a verbal altercation between two women, one of them pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.
The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries, and is expected to survive.
An investigation of this incident is underway, and police are trying to identify all individuals involved.
