Richmond, VA--An early-morning shooting on Sunday left a man dead in the Southside of Richmond.
Police arrived on scene at around 4am Sunday to the 1500 block of Lone Street, near the Hillside Court community. Andre Lee Seward, 37, was found lying in grass outside of a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Seward was transported with serious injuries and later died at VCU Medical Center.
Police are telling 8News that the investigation is in it's preliminary stages, and are asking the community to please call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 if they have any information in this incident.
