8News has learned that Texas authorities confirm Geronimo Aguilar is in custody, after surrendering without incident at his home in Richmond Tuesday afternoon. Two warrants had been issued for Aguilar's arrest earlier in the week...More >>
Richmond, VA—The manager of a McDonald's fast food restaurant located at 2700 West Broad Street was robbed at gunpoint Monday morning.
While leaving the restaurant through the back door holding deposit bags shortly after 9:00 AM this morning, the manager was approached by a man with a handgun.
The suspect took the bags from the victim and fled on foot.
While police are still searching for the suspect, the gun used in the robbery as well as the stolen money have been recovered.
Police say they have a good description of the suspect, and are currently using canines to track down the suspect.
