HENRICO, VA—Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with the shooting death of a man early Tuesday morning.
Winston N. Reed, 20, of Henrico, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and three counts of abduction.
Police responded to reports of a shooing in the 3700 block of King and Queen Drive, near Laburnum Avenue around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Thirty-year-old Jimmy Jamal Henley was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds, when police arrived. Henley was taken to VCU Medical Center, where he later died, police said.
Detective said the shooting appears to have stemmed from a robbery.
