Batchbook’s fully revamped MailChimp integration makes it easy for small businesses to sync contacts between the two services, create groups in MailChimp based on Batchbook tags for targeted sending, view which campaigns a contact has been sent and whether or not they’ve opened or clicked and more.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 04, 2012
MailChimp today announced the release of its completely revamped integration with Batchbook, a social CRM platform. The new integration makes it easy for small businesses to share customer information between their MailChimp and Batchbook accounts, and use that data to send highly targeted, effective email campaigns.
Using MailChimp, businesses can build and manage email lists, create and send beautiful, targeted emails, and analyze campaign results. But organizations also need a way to manage their one-on-one relationships with these subscribers as well as their clients and customers. Batchbook CRM gives businesses a simple, powerful way to handle these one-on-one interactions with customers, keep track of superfans, and reach out when a client needs a little extra love and support.
The new integration allies MailChimp's email service more closely with Batchbook's contact and communication management. Businesses can import contacts directly into Batchbook from MailChimp based on email list, group, or user engagement rating. Users can filter their Batchbook contacts into specialized lists and share them to MailChimp for targeted email sends. Plus, within Batchbook, contacts can be sorted by "imported to" or "exported from" MailChimp. Additionally, recently sent MailChimp campaigns show up directly in the Batchbook dashboard, and Batchbook's individual contact view displays the recent MailChimp campaigns that contact has been sent and whether or not they opened them. This tracking data allows for outreach and follow up based on previous interactions and conversations.
MailChimp supports more than 2 million subscribers worldwide, sending 3.2 billion messages per month. MailChimp is designed for the do-it-yourself power user -- someone looking for all of the power of an enterprise application, but built for anyone to use. MailChimp integrates with many third party applications including Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, Pinterest, Instagram, SurveyMonkey, Eventbrite, Etsy, Salesforce, Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal and Google Analytics. And best of all, prices start at free.
