Two Hanover County men have been arrested and charged in connection with a downtown robbery Monday night.
With the assistance of Hanover County deputies, Richmond Police detectives have charged James V. Banks and Joshua L. Bryan, both 19, with robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a robbery for the Oct. 8 armed robbery in the 500 block of East Grace Street.
Banks has also been charged with brandishing a firearm.
Detectives are still investigating the other robberies that occurred in the area near VCU Monday night and additional charges are pending.
