RICHMOND, VA—Virginia State Police received six new tips after the Morgan Harrington murder investigation was featured on a broadcast of America's Most Wanted on Friday.

State Police confirm they received six new tips after the show's broadcast.

Morgan Harrington was last seen in October 2009 after leaving a Metallica show in Charlottesville. Her remains were found in January 2010 in a hayfield in Albemarle County.

This week marks the third anniversary of Harrington's disappearance.

Harrington's killer remains at large, though state police have linked her case to the attacker in a 2005 abduction and sexual assault in Northern Virginia. Based on evidence from that case, police released a sketch of her attacker.

Anyone with information about the case or with information regarding the man shown in the sketch should call police at 434-977-4000 or State Police at 434-352-3467. Tips can also be emailed to bci-appomattox@vsp.virginia.gov.

A reward of more than $150,000 is being offered in the case.
