VA—A woman tells police that a
man recorded video and may have taken photos of her from underneath her skirt
in a West End Wal Mart store.
The victim says that on Wednesday, September 26, a black
male in his early twenties either recorded video or took photos of her beneath
her skirt with his cell phone. The incident took place at a Henrico Wal Mart, located at 1504 N. Parham Road.
The suspect stands 5'10" and weighs about 130 pounds. He has
black hair, fashioned into cornrows. He fled the scene in a vehicle which could
have been a white Dodge Caravan.
