Man Sought, 1 Arrested In Richmond Homicide

RICHMOND, VA-Richmond Police are asking for help identifying a man wanted in connection with a September homicide.

Gregory R. Carter, 37, of Richmond, was found shot to death September 14.

Police found Carter's body in his vehicle in the 5300 block of Newton.

Police believe Carter was shot by one of two men he met earlier in the evening in downtown Richmond.

Jason A. Goodson, 32, of Chesterfield has been charged him with conspiracy to commit murder.

Detectives need the public's help to identify the second man, seen in surveillance footage wearing a baseball cap.

Both Goodson and the second suspect are known to frequent Club Aurora and Club Paradise, police said.
