WASHINGTON (AP) - A Leesburg couple says their large yard sign supporting Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney was set on fire in the early morning hours.

Leesburg residents Jack and Libby Stevens tell The Washington Post that the barking of their dogs woke them up at about 2 a.m. Monday. They then saw that a 4 foot by 8 foot Romney sign they have in their yard was burning.

The couple says they have previously had smaller Romney signs stolen. The couple plans to replace the sign as soon as possible.
