RICHMOND, VA—Richmond Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery near VCU's campus late Monday night.
If happened near the intersection of Plum Street and Grove Avenue at approximately 11:05 p.m.
Police said a man reported he was robbed at gunpoint by two men.
The victim told police he was at the intersection when he was approached by two males who had just exited a dark-colored four-door vehicle.
One of the suspects was armed with a semi-automatic handgun and demanded the victim's belongings, police said.
The suspects then fled, running southbound on Plum Street, the victim reported.
