Sevenish Law Firm, renowned for its tough pursuit of compensation for its clients, has expanded. The firm's new case manager brings 35 years of insurance experience with her.
Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) November 13, 2012
One of the most prestigious area law firms, Sevenish Law Firm, PC, broadened its pool of experience with its latest hire earlier this month. The firm announced Monday that it had hired Christina Bloom, who will be serving as case manager.
Sevenish Law Firm was founded by attorney Randy Sevenish, who has developed a reputation across Indiana for his tough stance toward negligent drivers and his hard negotiating tactics when dealing with insurance companies. Sevenish, a former police captain and SWAT commander, says his law practice is dedicated to helping victims and relentlessly pursuing compensation for them. He believes Bloom will fit in well with that mission.
“When I first met Chris [Bloom], I could tell she had a passion for this kind of work,” Sevenish said. “Chris has been full of knowledge about the insurance industry and how they react to claims, and that's something that's crucial to our work on behalf of our clients.”
Bloom worked in insurance for 35 years as a claims representative and adjuster. For Sevenish, insurance companies are often on the opposite side of the table. Clients who have been injured turn to the Sevenish team if insurers offer an amount that is too small to compensate them.
“Insurance companies have every incentive to lowball victims,” Sevenish said. “To them, it's bad business to pay out more than they have to. If they send a check and require the victim to sign away their rights, they can get away with a minimal payout – unless the victim talks to a lawyer.”
Bloom, who handled auto accident claims for much of her time in insurance, has seen numerous accident victims and is glad to be helping them. Outside of her passionate legal work, she is an avid gardener and reads crime novels.
“We'll see if the real thing is exciting for her as the novels,” Sevenish grinned. “I think she's going to make a real difference here.”
