Two Cars Set On Fire In Richmond; Suspects Sought

RICHMOND, VA—After two vehicles were set on fire in Richmond's Fan district, Police are asking for help to identify the people responsible.

The fires happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, November 3.

The first took place in the 2300 block of Park Avenue, and the second took place in the 100 block of Strawberry Street.

In both incidents, a parked, unoccupied vehicle was set on fire and destroyed, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone with any information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or Detective Trisha Brown at (804) 646-6130. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word "ITip" followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
