UPDATE: All lanes are back open after a four-car pile-up on I-64 est in Richmond.

A four-car pile-up is slowing traffic on the Shockoe Valley Bridge on westbound I-64 in Richmond.
It happened just after 7:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes. Currently, the left shoulder and left lane are blocked.
It's unclear if anyone is hurt. Expect major delays.
