RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Virginians are getting their annual opportunity view the holiday decorations at the Executive Manson.
    
Gov. Bob McDonnell and First Lady Maureen McDonnell will host a public open house at the mansion after the annual tree lighting ceremony Friday.
    
This year's ceremony on at the Capitol also will feature a tribute to the military. The event will feature appearances by Santa Claus and music from a Virginia National Guard band.
    
The festivities begin at 5 p.m.
