HENRICO, VA—A Henrico County man arrested after the shooting death of his bother is expected to appear in court Tuesday.
Adam J. Dove, of Richmond, is charged with possession of a firearm as a felon and forgery charges.
In July, 35-year-old Iyinde Dove was found shot to death on Parlow Drive in Henrico County.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located the body of Iyinde Dove, deceased from a gunshot wound.
Adam Dove, the brother of the deceased man, was present at the scene. Adam Dove was arrested on an unrelated forgery charge. The forgery charges stem from Dove allegedly signing signed a false name to 2 uniform summons he was issued for traffic infractions on May 26, 2012.
On July 17, Adam Dove was also charged with possession of a firearm as a felon.
The same day, Adam Dove's wife, Shellie D. Dove was also arrested for obstruction of justice.
Neither suspect is charged with the shooting death of Iyinde M. Dove.
