Richmond, VA—Fire crews brought a
small electrical fire inside a home in the 1300 block of North 38th Street under
control within an hour Sunday afternoon.
There
was some damage to the structure, but no one was hurt in the blaze, which
started around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The
