VA—A man accused of exposing
himself in a library earlier this month has turned himself in to police.
A 17-year-old female reported to police she had witnessed a
man exposing himself inside a library located in the 6800 block of Staples Mills Road
on December 5.
After an investigation, police identified the suspect as
41-year-old Andrew S. Coffey of Mechanicsville. Officers obtained a warrant for
indecent exposure, and Mr. Coffey turned himself in to police on December 17.
