An attorney in Wise faces more than a year in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug charges.
HENRICO, VA— A Henrico County man has been arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer.
Allen Fitzgerald Jackson, 48, of the 1700 block of First Colonial Court, was charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer and speeding.
Police stopped Jackson for speeding on Interstate 64 near the Nine Mile Road exit December 18. Police say Jackson gave officers a badge and an ID card identifying himself as a police officer at a local university.
A police investigation led officers to determine Jackson was not an officer, and a warrant for impersonating a law enforcement was obtained and served.
